Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a great season of prayer and preparation for Easter. There will be a simple celebration of Holy Communion at 7.30 pm in church and for those who wish, there will be the opportunity to receive the cross in ashes on your forehead as a sign hope and preparation.
